Our Story

Although we are short on history, our people aren’t. Our core team previously worked together for over 15 years at CA Technologies, where we collaborated closely with Marketing, Support, Education, and Sales to continually evolve our online presence. It was during those early years that we gained extensive digital marketing experience, used several different WCMS technologies, performed numerous full-site redesigns, and partnered with multiple design agencies and consultants, including PwC, Deloitte, Rosetta, and Digitas.

Five years ago, in an effort to provide the best possible digital experience for our customers, we adopted the Adobe Experience Cloud. Rather than relying on external consultants for the implementation, our seasoned team quickly developed in-house expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Marketo. Leveraging Agile methodologies, we formed multiple scrum teams that worked closely with our internal customers, enabling our business partners to deliver exciting Adobe Experience Cloud features, such as personalization, A/B testing, and integrated analytics. Within 3 months of adopting AEM, we launched our first site, and within 6 months we were able to fully convert www.ca.com, our flagship site.

During the past 5 years, our team has gained tremendous expertise with the Adobe Experience Cloud and created unique and sophisticated capabilities, including a custom integration between Marketo and AEM for personalization and behavioral insights which increased lead generation and accelerated lead progression. We also developed a custom Salesforce chat UI for enhanced customer interactions while maintaining brand consistency, leveraged Content and Experienced Fragments for omnichannel content distribution, integrated Single Sign-On for fluid user experience and enabled authors to create and edit single-page applications (SPAs), just to name a few. Our business partners loved AEM since they were able to dramatically increase content velocity while maintaining governance saving significant time and money.

Our team has also forged a close relationship with Adobe, participating in their AEM Beta program, serving on the Customer Advisory Board, and collaborating with the AEM product development team to roll out the new Adobe Cloud Manager product, for which we spoke about at Adobe Summit 2018.
