Results

We transformed CA's digital experience through migrating Marketing and Support from Sitecore and a custom CMS respectively to the Adobe Experience Cloud platform.

The migration resulted in improved lead generation and accelerated lead progression for Marketing. Utilizing visitor/customer awareness, CA was able to personalize and enable a fluid user experience across the support and marketing sites. The migration also provided a seamless trial software experience.
